Protecting the Northwest Community since 1990.

Patriot Fire Protection, Inc. was started in the fall of 1990 by second generation fire sprinkler professionals who believed there was opportunity in the Pacific Northwest for a locally managed, customer responsive, family owned entrepreneurial company.

During those first years, with our main office in the Tacoma area, and branch offices in Spokane and Vancouver, Patriot served customers primarily in the Washington and Oregon construction markets. Our growth early on was a direct result of exceeding customer expectations for professional, timely, cost-effective fire sprinkler installation and service. By 1998, Patriot moved its Tacoma office into the current headquarters we occupy today.  With over 40,000 square feet of custom buildings and four paved acres of storage, it allows us to serve and stock materials for the entire Northwest region.

In 2003 we were selected to design and install fire sprinklers in the U.S. Department of Energy’s nuclear waste treatment facility under construction on the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in eastern Washington.  Our Hanford operation continues to be dedicated solely to this multi-decade and complex federal construction project. The unique plant is the largest of its kind in the world with construction completion schedules projected into the late 2020s.

Today over 300 dedicated employees across our 4 locations continue to successfully meet customer demands for new technology, knowledgeable experienced installations, and outstanding, on-time performance. Patriot Fire Protection maintains a commitment to be that locally owned family business where the customer comes first and expectations are exceeded, not just met.
