Reaching to 597 ft, Russell Investments Center is the sixth tallest building in the city, and the largest office building completed in in Seattle in twenty years. Built by Sellen Construction, this tower was originally the headquarters of Washington Mutual. The Seattle Art Museum occupies the first 4 floors.
