Accounting Administrator

Job Summary: Full-time Accounting Administrator to join our Accounting Team in our Tacoma, WA Office. This candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to assess, analyze and solve problems, while enjoying a great collaborative team!

Essential Functions:

  • Accounts Receivable – Create and post billings/invoices, using various systems. Interact customers regarding billings and respond to inquiries, as necessary.
  • Payroll Support – Assist with compiling, reviewing, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Clerical functions such as file, photocopy, scan, and intermediate computer skills.
  • Assist Management with projects, as directed.
  • Additional responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable – Construction Contract Billings (a plus)
  • Payroll Experience (a plus)
  • Experience in the construction industry (a plus)
  • Associates Degree in Business/Accounting (a plus)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience with Spectrum Accounting software (a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
