Our warehouse is seeking a skilled team member for our Swing Shift who can excel in a demanding logistics landscape where precision meets speed. With 85% of our orders requiring rapid turnaround, we need an exceptional candidate who can seamlessly balance quick processing with uncompromising quality standards. We don’t just move products, we deliver excellence, ensuring that every order is handled with the utmost care and efficiency that our reputation demands.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain attention to detail throughout the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy in every step from receiving to shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of machinery.
- Commitment to creating a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and efficiently meet turnaround times while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Regular safety training and equipment maintenance checks, taking personal responsibility for preventing potential workplace incidents.
Technical, Physical, and Compliance Requirements:
- Able to work Swing Shift: 2:00pm – 12:30am
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to read a tape measure and level accurately
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Willing to learn and use computer programs for job and material organization (Google Sheets, and our Warehouse Management System (WMS))
- Drug screening and background checks will only be conducted after a conditional job offer is made. We evaluate criminal history based on its relevance to the job duties. Note: this is a safety sensitive role requiring a zero-substance -including marijuana/THC- drug screen result.
