A subsidiary of Amazon acquired this property in 2019 with the aim of building two towers in downtown Bellevue. Phase 1 consisted of building a 45 story mixed-use office tower including 840,000 SF of office space, nearly 12,000 SF of active use space, and over 1,000 parking spaces.
