Inspections Department Admin

Job Summary:

The Inspections/Service Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and scheduling our field technicians and processing the administrative aspects of our service and inspection department. You will be expected to coordinate between customers, contractors, field technicians, and team members to ensure smooth and profitable projects/jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules for service and inspection department
  • Prepare communications, such as emails, work orders, reports, and other correspondence
  • Clerical functions such answering phones, scanning, and intermediate computer skills.
  • Manage data in various spreadsheets 
  • Learn and utilize construction accounting software
  • Work closely with team members to oversee daily operations
  • Continually seek ways to improve efficiencies
  • Desire to grow and willingness to learn
  • Additional responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Expert with Microsoft excel and Google Sheets
    • Proficient with Google Drive (G-Suite)
    • Able to work full-time (40hours per week; daytime shift 7:00AM start time)
    • Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
    • Willing to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and reference check

This role has competitive compensation ranging from $17 to$25 per hour or more depending on experience, overtime hours worked and bonuses.
